Inter-disciplinary Decision Sciences & Analytics Lab (IDeAL) Working Paper Series is focussed on publishing the research work of various researchers whose progress is aligned with the vision of the lab. Research works that involve applications of decision science and analytics like artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, cloud computing, graph analytics, game theory, cyber-physical systems, pervasive computing, etc., in areas including but not limited to health care, natural resource management, computational public policy and cyber-physical systems are published in the series to promote the researchers to get involved in inter-disciplinary research. The goal of working paper series is to encourage researchers to explore more on inter-disciplinary areas to use their existing knowledge in solving real-world problems.

We invite researchers and scholars to submit their original working papers to our series, which aims to promote innovation across diverse fields. Our working paper series provides a platform for early-stage research, allowing contributors to share new findings, methodologies, and theoretical advancements. We welcome papers from a wide range of disciplines and encourage interdisciplinary collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your research, receive valuable feedback, and contribute to the broader academic community. Researchers can submit to IDeAL Working Paper Series using the submission form in the following link or submit to head-ideal[at]iimv[dot]ac[dot]in on mail.

  • To create an open platform for researchers to document their research work and enable authors to retain complete rights on their research work to publish elsewhere.
  • To encourage researchers to work on data oriented research in inter-disciplinary areas.

Papers should be in the range 5000 – 6000 words with APA style references and citations. The paper should be of Microsoft Word Document format or LaTeX PDF file format and must be in a structured format similar to arxiv e-prints. Papers should be submitted to head-ideal[at]iimv[dot]ac[dot]in. Acceptance for selected papers will be expected on email within few months from the date of submission. Once accepted, the paper will be published online on the working paper series page of the website of IDeAL.
